Composition:

REPAIR1 is a high-strength, one-component polymer cementitious repair mortar.

Functions:

Quickly repair vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces (including hidden or buried structures)

Repair concrete structures with hollow, porous, and flaking surfaces

Repair concrete structures damaged by corrosion

Repair concrete surfaces to increase resistance to water, corrosion, abrasion, oil, chemicals, and waste

Usage:

Concrete structures with hollow, cracked, and flaking surfaces

Concrete structures damaged by corrosion

Concrete surfaces covered in mineral deposits due to rain

Instructions for use:

Surface preparation: The concrete or steel surface should be cleaned and free of grease and impurities. Moisturize the concrete surface before construction, do not let water stagnate, and apply a bonding layer before applying the repair mortar.

Mixing:

The mortar mixture should be mixed using a mixer for at least 3 minutes until the mixture reaches the required homogeneity and flow. It can also be mixed manually for a minimum of 5 minutes.

Construction:

Use spray guns or trowels to apply the mortar as if painting. It is recommended to use REPAIR1 immediately after mixing. The maximum working time for the mortar mixture is 30 minutes.

Maintenance:

Spray mist on the surface of the structure after REPAIR1 has dried to prevent cracking.

Cleaning:

Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Once the mortar has hardened, it can only be removed mechanically.
