Composition: C1B Water Tank Sealer is a single-component and non-toxic product.

Function: It is used for waterproofing water tanks in residential and industrial settings.

Target users: It is suitable for water tanks used in houses, schools, as well as water treatment and storage tanks in factories, industrial zones, residential areas, and other projects.

Construction instructions:

Surface cleaning:

Use a grinding machine with a twisted cup or a wire brush to clean the concrete surface and the bottom of the tank.

Mixing:

Mix 1kg of C1B with 0.24 liters of water

Mix 5kg of C1B with 1.2 liters of water

Mix 25kg of C1B with 6 liters of water

Note:

It is recommended to mix C1B with water using a machine. Use a slow-speed drill (600 rpm) with a mortar mixing blade.

Mix for 3 minutes to ensure a well-blended mixture without lumps.

Construction tools: 10cm brush or roller Material consumption: 1-1.5 kg/m2 Construction: Apply 2 layers on the entire surface of the tank.

Note:

Layer 2 is perpendicular to layer 1. Only apply layer 2 when layer 1 has completely dried. Cleaning and maintenance before use: After the waterproofing layer has completely dried, spray water on the entire surface of the tank.

Note:

Check and adjust the float switch to pump water into the tank at a height lower than the overflow pipe on the tank wall by 20-30cm. In many cases, water loss from the tank is not due to leakage, but due to incorrect float switch programming resulting in a higher water level than the overflow pipe.
