Composition:

VN SEAL 104W is a two-component, improved polymer-based cement waterproofing paint.

Function:

VN SEAL 104W is specifically designed for outdoor walls that do not require the use of putty. It can be directly applied onto the already constructed waterproof layer.

Intended use:

VN SEAL 104W is suitable for external walls of apartments, hotels, schools, villas, townhouses, as well as internal walls.

Instructions for use:

Mixing ratio: A:B = 2:1

Material consumption for 1m2 with a thickness of 1mm is 1.5kg (depending on the surface structure).

Application tools: Brush or Roller.

Use a mixer to mix the components.

Surface preparation: Clean and moisten the wall surface before applying the paint. Putty is not required.

Application method: Apply a layer of paint with a thickness of 1-1.5mm per layer. If a thicker layer is required, apply multiple layers. Each subsequent layer should be perpendicular to the previous layer. The time interval between two layers is approximately 3 hours.

Maintain the moisture of the applied layer for 12-16 hours. Extend the duration up to 2-3 days.

Application time at 25°C: 30-40 minutes.

Application temperature: 5-45°C.
