Overview
Description
VN-1F is a polymer-based waterproofing coating. VN-1F mix with mixture of cement and water to create multi-use waterproofing coating. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration.
APPLICATION
VN-1F can be used for external and internal waterproofing. Areas of application: potable water tank, basements, terraces and balconies, bridges, retaining walls.
FEATURE OF TECHNICAL
- Raise to ability waterproofing, anti-corrosion;
- Time dry have strength: 24-36 hour
- Open time work at 25oC: 30-60 minutes
- Temperature work: 5-45oC
- Non harmful with person and environment.
- Adhension strength with base: ≥ 0.5 N/mm2
- Expanding of mortar after 28 days: ≥ 2 at
- Water absorption of mortar coated with VN-1F: < 0.5 %

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Mix ratio 1kg cement : 0.5kg water : 1kg VN-1F
- Dosage for 2.0-2.5m2/kg/ 2 two layers depend surface structure
- Mix cement and water. Then mix VN-1F into mixture of cement and water within 3-5 minutes. Pot life is within 1 hour.
- Execute 2-3 coating layers. It is about 4-6 hours before applying the second coat (depens on weather conditions when applying).
- Coat by using brush or roller
- Clean and moist with surface structure before applying coatings
